Matt makes a marvelous Mother's Day dinner...

Yes, Matt made Mother's Day dinner this year.  And not just any dinner.  Not a heated up frozen pizza.  Nope, not chicken nuggets or even take-out.  He actually made a beautiful stuffed pork loin roast complete with f ig gravy.  HELLO!?  Why isn't this man cooking dinner for us more often?  He's a natural (that or maybe my talent is rubbing off on him a bit...HA!).  Here are a few photos of him preparing this delicious Mother's Day feast.  I just wish I would have taken some pictures of it when it was served.  Beautiful and equally delicious.  Thanks honey!
